Setup-fee refund guarantee

The terms

• Target (N): a minimum number of recovered callers, set from your call history and agreed in writing at kickoff.
• Recovered caller: someone who called, didn't reach you, got our text-back and replied. Each person counts once. Spam, robocalls and calls that never reached the system (for example, forwarding off) don't count.
• Window: 30 days starting the day text-back goes live, confirmed in writing. Carrier approval time doesn't count.
• What we guarantee: recovered callers only, not booked jobs, revenue, rankings or lead counts.

Your part (all three required)

• Call forwarding set up as agreed and kept on for the whole window.
• Replies to leads within the hours we agree on at kickoff.
• Answers to our setup questions within 3 business days.

If one slips, we'll tell you right away and help fix it.

Refund

• Refunded: your setup fee, up to the Base Camp setup amount, on any package.
• Not refunded: monthly fees; third-party costs such as ad spend, carrier or texting registration, payment processing and software upgrades; website build work and AI voice receptionist build work.
• To request: email info@mountainliondigital.com before the window ends, with your business name and "Guarantee refund request" in the subject. We check your count against N using your report and confirm in writing, then refund to your original payment method.
• After a refund: you can stay month-to-month or cancel. Your accounts and data stay in your name.
